Living above 6.000 ft proves to have lots of surprises. Here in the Springs we've NEVER had an outdoor Easter Egg hunt in the 3 yrs here. The picture of our backyard was on Easter morning. It snowed all day and started to rain at night. The pictures of the kids, Brenna and Luke were taken today. It's been snowing since morning here. We've probably gotten 6 inches and the district called a snow day. We took it all in by sledding, making our beds, video gaming, movie watching, and just enjoying the day off. I think even when I lived in New England we had better weather than this. By the way, as I type I see the blue sky coming and the snow is beginning to melt. It will probably be 70 degrees tomorrow!!
